EFR Fight Team is home to Ireland's premier mixed martial artist. The EFR gym is based at Shane's Castle Estate, Randalstown. The team is managed, trained and monitored under the watchful eye of fifth Dan black belt David Patterson. Thanks to this careful leadership the team currently holds many titles in different organisation within the U.K. In addition to these titles the team also sports many fighters making the top ranking on the European curcuit and U.K scene. The team has many fighters over the past year travelling far and wide to further promote the clubs name to such destinations as Sweden, Finland, Chech Republic and not mention those in America.

Fighters such as Greg Loughran, Aidan Marron, Steve McCombe, Kevin McAlonan, Peter Wilson and many others are members of this team and are well known in the U.K. The EFR team has a few fighters in each weight class who are eager to compete and fighting on short notice is never an issue. We as a team act professionally and do our best to work with promotors as we understand the difficulties in running a show and the team is dedicated to raising the profile of the sport.

EFR Gym also caters for beginners looking to start MMA as well as those just looking to get fit and keep in shape. The gym also runs ladies classes as well as youngsters classes for those looking to learn self defense and self confidence.
